Description
The California Department of Water Resources is soliciting a contractor to support its Flood Risk Notification Program. The scope includes acquiring and processing annual parcel data; producing single-parcel, multiple-parcel, and public-agency data sets; creating and updating custom map layers; preparing draft and final notifications; printing notifications and related cover letters or property lists; and mailing the notices to property owners located behind State Plan of Flood Control levees in the Central Valley. The program typically sends more than 300,000 notices annually. The solicitation anticipates a three-year agreement. The bid sheet covers parcel-data procurement, tri-fold letters, multi-property letters, additional pages, and postage, with estimated annual quantities. Bidders must meet a minimum 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation commitment and submit the required bid, certification, reference, disclosure, preference, and certification materials identified in the bid checklist.
