Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking offers from suppliers pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement EN361-230050, Category A, to provide a full range of creative services, including media strategy, for planning, developing, and implementing an advertising campaign. The requirement includes initial contracts for live pitch presentations as part of the procurement process. The solicitation uses competitive selective tendering and will be evaluated based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The full RFP and attachments are available only to eligible suppliers through the SAP Ariba event after completing a Government of Canada profile.
