Description
The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide exclusive concession services for City-sponsored and City-approved events at Granite Park Sports Complex. The scope includes prepackaged concession products, freshly prepared hot food, nonalcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverage sales where authorized, operation of concession facilities, staffing, inventory management, point-of-sale systems, food trucks or other approved mobile food facilities, and all related services. The contractor must obtain and maintain required alcohol licenses, ensure appropriate food-handler and food-protection-manager certifications, provide its own equipment as required, and comply with applicable sanitation, health, safety, and alcohol-service requirements. This is a revenue-sharing requirements contract with no cost to the City; proposers must submit a proposed percentage of daily gross sales payable to the City. The initial term is one year from the Notice to Proceed, with two optional one-year extensions by mutual written consent. The proposal must include a sample menu and pricing, business and qualification information, at least three similar references, acceptance of indemnification and insurance requirements, addenda acknowledgments, and required signature materials.
