Description
Dona Ana County is soliciting proposals for printing and mailing services for the Assessor's Office. The contractor will design, print, variable-image, CASS-certify, and prepare for mailing the 2027 Official Requests and Notices of Value, including approximately 20,000 Personal Property forms, 3,000 Livestock forms, 4,000 data survey requests, and approximately 125,000 notices for real property, manufactured homes, and personal property, along with flyers. Services must comply with United States Postal Service regulations, include proofs for approval, use ZIP-code sequencing for first-class presort mailings, provide electronic mailing capabilities, and maintain mail integrity through detailed reports. The proposal must include the Mandatory Response Form provided with Addendum No. 1. The addendum also extends the submission deadline to September 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; all other solicitation provisions remain unchanged.
