Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking offers from qualified offerors to provide a full range of advertising creative production services. The procurement will establish standing offers that replace existing standing offers currently in place. The opportunity is competitively procured using an open bidding process, with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The applicable trade agreement is the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The full Request for Standing Offer and attachments are available through SAP Business Network to vendors logged into an SAP Ariba account with a completed Government of Canada profile.
