Description
The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services is soliciting printing and mailing services for 48,400 full-color, 16-page booklet-style flexible spending account guides. The 8.5-by-11-inch pages will be folded to a final 8.5-by-5.5-inch mailing size; the artwork includes bleeds, pages 15–16 must be perforated, and the booklets must be saddle-stitched. Approximately 48,200 guides must be mailed by presort standard. The vendor must front the postage cost and list the postage bill as a separate invoice line item. The response consists solely of completing the provided item grid; no outside or additional documentation will be considered. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The State of Ohio may renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and the State’s needs.
