Description
The City of Fresno is soliciting a lump-sum product purchase for traffic signal equipment, including two Type 19-4-100 signal poles, two Type 26-4-100 signal poles, two 1-A poles, two 5-foot-7-inch pedestrian push button posts, two 30-foot signal mast arms, two 40-foot signal mast arms, and four 12-inch luminaire mast arms. Required accessories include base plates, anchor bolt covers, high-strength cap screws, and related components meeting current Caltrans standards. Products must be new, current-production equipment conforming to applicable industry standards and OSHA/Cal-OSHA requirements. Bidders must submit the completed bid forms, processing and delivery schedule, applicable manufacturer price information, descriptive literature/specifications, and the manufacturer's standard warranty. Delivery is FOB destination to a designated location in or around Fresno, with coordination involving the City's awarded construction contractor. The solicitation permits approved-equal requests submitted at least three days before bid opening.
