Description
The Town of Ramapo is soliciting a vendor to provide the design, graphic development, typesetting, proofing, printing, finishing, and delivery of materials for its 2027 summer activities and facilities program. The scope includes 35,000 facility booklets and 23,000 full-color glossy summer camp postcard mailers. Pricing must include design, graphics, photographs, layout, folding, stapling, finishing, shipping, and delivery. The facility booklet includes a 16-page 8.375-by-10.875-inch brochure with a two-page insert, while the camp mailer is a full-color glossy postcard. The vendor must coordinate with Town representatives, provide at least four proofs before the final copy, and incorporate Town-provided updates and program information. Camp printing begins January 4, 2027; camp mailers are due by January 15, 2027, and facility brochures are due by February 12, 2027. The contract term is one year, with a mutually agreeable one-year extension option.
