Description
The County of Fresno, on behalf of its Department of Social Services, is seeking firm, fixed monthly pricing for janitorial services at three regional offices in Coalinga, Selma, and Reedley. The Kerman office has been removed from the RFQ. Services include weekday evening cleaning; vacuuming and mopping; restroom, kitchenette, lobby, elevator, window, furniture, stairwell, and entryway cleaning; trash removal; replenishment of paper products, soap, sanitary products, and other supplies; light-bulb replacement; and removal of cobwebs, graffiti, stains, and other debris. The contractor must furnish all supplies and equipment, coordinate work to minimize disruption, secure the buildings after service, and maintain a live-answer 24-hour telephone contact for specified troubleshooting issues. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly work is also required, including window cleaning, air-vent cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, and ceiling and corner cobweb removal. The revised quotation schedule requires fixed monthly rates for each of the three sites for each year of the five-year term, plus optional hourly rates for biohazardous-waste cleanup, terminal cleaning, pressure washing, light-bulb replacement, and upholstered-furniture shampooing. The County may award multiple vendors, with awards considered separately for each site. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase bid page, and Addendum 1 must be signed and returned with the quotation.
