Description
The City of Overland is soliciting proposals from a single vendor to print and mail its 2027 city calendar. The project includes approximately 8,500 calendars covering January 2027 through January 2028, with approximately 7,000 copies prepared for mailing and 1,500 delivered in bulk for future distribution. The calendar will be 28 pages including the cover, sized 11 by 8.5 inches, printed primarily in four-color process on 70-pound matte text stock with white outer mailing covers, folded, collated, saddle-stitched, and drilled with one small hole. The City will provide the content and cover design electronically through Canva. The vendor must provide a full-color proof, prepare the mailing list by deduplicating it and completing NCOA updates, apply Intelligent Mail barcodes and inkjet addresses, sort and deliver the mail to an appropriate post office, provide invalid addresses to the City, submit monthly USPS postage statements, and secure the lowest available USPS postage rate based on the mail-piece design. Pricing must include printing, preparation, postage, and mailing costs.
