Middle Tennessee State University is seeking a qualified agency to provide marketing and communication services, including strategic marketing recommendations and media planning, purchasing, and placement for out-of-home, broadcast, digital, web, internet, and mobile media. The selected contractor will also manage existing out-of-home advertising contracts, provide campaign performance reports, and offer remote access to media-buying platforms. The annual media budget is approximately $600,000, allocated 50% to out-of-home media, 35% to broadcast media, and 15% to other media. The anticipated contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, not exceeding 60 months. This is a two-part sealed RFP requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Proposals must be submitted by email or hand delivery in separate emails or sealed envelopes/packages; proposals will not be accepted through the procurement platform. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted by October 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time.
