Description
The City of Aurora's Communications and Marketing Department is soliciting a vendor to print and mail one edition of the Aurora Borealis newsletter to residential homes throughout Aurora, Illinois. The newsletter will be mailed using postal carrier routes with indicia, and the City may mutually agree with the selected bidder to order additional issues. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the City's OpenGov procurement system. The proposal package includes City-provided acknowledgments and contact information, references, subcontractor information, eligibility and tax certifications, bidder certification, local vendor preference materials, and a certificate of insurance. The local preference application requires supporting documentation demonstrating a qualifying physical presence and authorization to conduct business in Illinois and Aurora.
