Legal Notice # 21942415 NASSAU COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ #2026-10) The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency (the "Agency") is resoliciting statements of qualifications from qualified firms and/or persons to (i) develop media plans based on the Agency's marketing objectives and strategies, (ii) provide public relations services as requested by the Agency, (iii) provide media relations services as requested by the Agency, (iv) provide creative, production and media services and materials required to develop advertisements, commercials, web advertising (including banner ads and mobile advertising), social media output, webcasts, blogs, direct mail, brochures, promotional events and other projects as required by the Agency, (v) arrange media purchases and publicity, (vi) provide advertising account service and other related services as required by the Agency, (vii) speechwriting and internal communications as required by the Agency, and (viii) influencer management. A copy of the Request for Statements of Qualifications may be obtained from: http://www.nassauida.org. Questions regarding the Request for Statements of Qualifications may be directed in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at info@nassauida.org or by calling the Agency at (516)571-1945. The deadline for submission of a Statement is 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on September 21, 2026.

Description
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide advertising, marketing, media, and public relations services to promote Nassau County as a place to retain and create jobs. Requested services include media planning; public and media relations; creative, production, and media materials for advertisements, commercials, web and mobile advertising, social media, webcasts, blogs, direct mail, brochures, promotional events, and related projects; media purchasing and publicity; advertising account services; speechwriting and internal communications; and influencer management. The Agency expects to award on an as-needed basis and may establish a list of multiple qualified contractors to provide different services. Respondents must submit qualifications, relevant experience and team information, governmental and industrial development agency experience, client references, sample advertising and public relations materials, project cost and time estimates, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and required disclosure and non-collusion forms. Experience and Capabilities is limited to two pages. Professional liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $1 million aggregate, naming the Agency as an additional insured, and workers’ compensation insurance as required by law are required under the contract.
