Description
Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide advertising services to support district communications, student recruitment, and promotional campaigns. Services may encompass traditional and digital advertising platforms such as radio, television, streaming/OTT, outdoor, print, social media, and websites. For digital advertising, vendors should be capable of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, utilizing first- and third-party data, and providing campaign performance reports. YISD will provide necessary artwork and finished video for most campaigns, though vendors may be asked to provide audio talent or related production support. All advertising placements, creative content, and services require final written approval from YISD before release or publication. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period, with vendor proposals accepted until 4:00 PM on August 31, 2030.
