Description
The Butler County Veterans Service Commission is seeking proposals for advertising services to reach veterans and their family members. Potential services include traditional AM/FM radio, digital advertising through streaming audio, websites, email, podcasts and other digital media, over-the-top media, broadcast or cable news television, digital or static billboards, and management of existing social media platforms and newsletter communications. Proposals should address targeting, data and research; advertising across multiple platforms; development and scheduling of content; implementation and start-up timing; detailed advertising rates for 2027 and 2028; a line-item budget and budget narrative; reporting practices such as impressions, video completion rates and click-through rates; 24/7 service capability; qualifications; and at least three professional references. The agency may award all or part of the services and may select one or multiple vendors.
