Description
The City of Fresno Department of Public Utilities is seeking qualified consultants to provide as-needed grant review, funding-opportunity evaluation, preliminary project scoring, coordination with state and federal funding agencies, grant application preparation, preliminary cost estimation, project description and supporting-information development, and grant administration and reporting after awards. The work will support water, wastewater, recycled water, and solid waste utility services and projects. Minimum deliverables include monthly funding-opportunity meetings, agendas and minutes, complete and timely grant submissions, and required post-award reports. The selected consultant will provide services under a three-year contract with two one-year extension options. The City anticipates allocating $150,000 per year. The SOQ must address firm experience, project team and qualifications, project approach, fee schedule, resumes, acceptance of the City's standard agreement, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and addendum acknowledgment.
