Description
The State of California, through the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), is seeking approximately 4,469 net usable square feet of office space adjoining approximately 5,500 net usable square feet of warehouse space, along with five exclusive and four non-exclusive parking spaces. The requested property must be asbestos-hazard-free upon occupancy, accommodate applicable state plans and specifications, seismic-safety requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Building Code, and Title 24, and be close to public transportation. Property owners or legally authorized agents must submit the property address, map, and project number. Buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance may receive preference where cost-effective. The notice states that this is a solicitation for qualifying commercial real estate properties and is not for representing the State in a real estate transaction.
