The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to lease office and related space in Stuart, Virginia. The space must be between 2,492 and 2,617 ABOA square feet (maximum 2,990 RSF) and must be contiguous on one floor, with first-floor space preferred. The lease term is 20 years full term with a 10-year firm term and 120-day termination rights. The space must meet various requirements including paved access roads and parking, compatibility with government use, not located within 300 feet of residential areas, and not in a 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain. The space must be in a professional office environment and not adjacent to certain businesses. A fully serviced lease is required. The government requires 24/7 access to the space. Proposals are due by September 30, 2026.
