The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is seeking approximately 3,300 square feet of usable office space, while considering spaces ranging from 2,800 to 3,800 square feet. The premises will house a regional customer-service office for the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System, which provides retirement counseling, benefits estimates and processing, service-purchase assistance, employer support and training, and member education seminars. The office is expected to receive approximately 15 visitors per day. Acceptable locations are Agawam, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Holyoke within the boundaries shown on Map Attachment C-5, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Springfield within the boundaries shown on Map Attachment C-6, or West Springfield. The requested lease term is 10 years.
