Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is seeking lease proposals or site offerings from property owners or authorized representatives for up to 13,573 net usable square feet of office space in Danbury. The premises must include 59 on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking spaces and be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. The space will be used by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services for a five-year term. Preference will be given to proposals offering renewal options and/or termination clauses; offers from option holders will not be considered. Proposers must complete the State of Connecticut Proposal to Lease Space form and, if applicable, the Notice of Listing Agreement. The proposal form requests detailed information about the property, building systems, accessibility, parking, available space, rent, operating expenses, tenant improvements, and other conditions. Required supporting materials include a recent property photograph, a neighborhood map, a typical floor plan, and a flyer or brochure if available. Only signed proposals will be considered.
