Description
Fresno Unified School District is soliciting proposals for Category 2 network equipment and related support for internal connections across 123 eligible entities. The procurement includes Cisco or equivalent network switches, switching software and licenses, network modules, stacking cables, power supplies, accessories, and related components; Cisco desk phones; and approximately 90 feet of cabling. The bill of materials identifies multiple equipment groups, including Catalyst 9350 and 9200CX switches and Cisco 9841 and 9851 desk phones. The procurement is equipment-only: the addendum expressly states that installation, design, configuration, and other professional services are not requested or required. The solicitation also includes applicable basic maintenance and managed internal broadband service categories, but does not solicit separate bids for those services. Proposals must use the provided pricing worksheet, include unit pricing and applicable tax or freight information, and acknowledge the addendum through the online response form.
