Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for a fully serviced office lease within the Vicksburg city limits. The offered space must provide between 5,065 and 5,500 ABOA square feet, with no parking spaces required, and must meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements. The space must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain and must be free of asbestos-containing materials. The requirement is for a 15-year lease term, including 10 years firm. The space must be contiguous, preferably on the first floor; a two-floor configuration requires at least two elevators. Additional suitability requirements address nearby land uses, public transportation access within 800 walkable linear feet of the public entrance, professional office surroundings, separation from residential areas, railroad tracks, and power transmission lines, and minimum column spacing. Expressions of interest must include property, space, rental-rate, operating-cost, and representative-authority information, as applicable.
