Description
Seals Construction Inc. is soliciting proposals from subcontractors in all trades for construction of a new music classroom building and associated site improvements at American Union Elementary School. California State Prevailing Wage requirements apply. Subcontractor performance and payment bonds may be required for subcontracts exceeding $250,000. Proposers must include bond rates or bond costs as a separate line item. Plans and specifications are available through the Tulare-Kings Counties Builders Exchange, and proposals must be submitted by email.
