The State Properties Commission, acting on behalf of the Department of Driver Services, is seeking proposals from property owners or landlords for approximately 8,521 square feet of administrative office and support space in DeKalb County. The successful proposer will serve as landlord, and the Commission intends to enter into a multi-year lease.
