Description
The City of Fresno is soliciting an informal product purchase contract for new HAWK signal equipment for the Blackstone Shields-Dakota AHSC Improvements project. The bid includes two Type 26-3-100 HAWK signal poles, one 45-foot signal mast arm, one 40-foot signal mast arm, one 12-foot luminaire arm, one Type 4-foot pedestrian push-button post, and two pedestrian lights. Equipment must be new, in current production, compliant with applicable OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements, and supplied with required standard components and accessories. The vendor must provide delivery to a designated location within the City of Fresno or its environs, coordinate delivery with the City's awarded construction contractor, be present during deliveries, and complete the required Processing and Delivery Schedule. Each bid must include applicable manufacturer pricing information or website, descriptive literature and specifications, and the manufacturer's standard warranty. Approved-equal requests must be submitted at least three days before bid opening. The solicitation is for products totaling less than $184,000 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
