Description
The City of Fresno is soliciting a product purchase contract for new, current-production high-intensity activated crosswalk (HAWK) traffic signal equipment. The required bid items are one 1-A (7-foot) signal pole, one Type 19-4-100 signal pole, one Type 24-4-100 signal pole, one 25-foot mast arm, one 35-foot mast arm, two 12-foot luminaire arms, and one 5-foot-7-inch pedestrian post. Items must include the specified base plates, anchor bolts with bolt covers, and hardware, and must comply with the 2025 Caltrans Standards. The vendor must provide applicable manufacturer price-list information, descriptive literature and specifications, and the manufacturer's standard warranty with the bid. Equipment must comply with OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements, be inspected before delivery, and be delivered FOB destination to a location designated within Fresno or its environs. Delivery is required within five months of the City's notification releasing the goods, with delivery coordination based on the bidder's submitted processing and delivery schedule. The procurement is federally funded and includes Buy America certification and other federal certifications and disclosures.
