Description
The U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for a fully serviced lease of 23,669 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space on a single floor in Las Vegas, Nevada. The requirement includes 24 parking spaces: 20 surface spaces and 4 structured spaces. The delineated area is bounded by Flamingo Road to the north, E. Windmill Lane–Blue Diamond Road to the south, Pecos Road to the east, and Decatur Boulevard to the west. Offered space must meet government fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and must not be located in the specified floodplain. Expressions of interest must identify the building and address, representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, and full-service rental rates or operating costs. Representatives other than the owner or property manager must provide written ownership authorization. The full term is 36 months, with a 12-month firm term.
