Description
The Greater Lafourche Port Commission is soliciting sealed proposals from parties interested in leasing or acquiring other rights in available property at Port Fourchon, the South Lafourche Leonard Miller, Jr. Airport, and the South Lafourche Airport Industrial Park. The Commission intends to place the property into productive use consistent with its Master Plan, generate appropriate revenue, optimize utilization, and provide substantial community benefits. Detailed Requests for Proposals include updated property maps and an overview of the Commission's lease expectations. Proposals must be received by the last day of the month at 4:30 PM CST for consideration at the following month's regular board meeting. The Commission may reject any or all proposals.
