Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for 4,013 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space on a single floor in Titusville, Florida. The requirement is for a fully serviced lease with a 15-year full term, including a 10-year firm term and no option term, and no parking spaces are required. Offered space must meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, ADA, ABAAS, and UFAS requirements; be outside the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain; and be free of asbestos, mold, water intrusion, and unacceptable environmental or access conditions. Expressions of interest must identify the building and address, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates including specified tenant-improvement and building-specific allowance components, operating costs, and the offeror's representative. An authorized representative who is not the owner or property manager must provide written ownership consent.
