Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives offering 7,125 to 7,300 ABOA square feet of office space within a specified delineated area of Richmond, Virginia. The requirement includes seven total parking spaces, all of which must be reserved, and calls for a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Respondents must provide the building name and address, representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, and full-service rental rates or operating costs. A written ownership authorization is required when the respondent is not the property owner or manager. The stated full term is 10 years, with a 5-year firm term.
