Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is conducting an expression-of-interest process for a potential lease of approximately 983 usable square metres of contiguous office space and approximately 50 usable square metres of contiguous storage space in Saskatoon. The proposed lease would run for approximately 10 years, commencing on or about December 1, 2029, with an early termination right beginning December 1, 2037, subject to at least 12 months' written notice. The space must be available approximately 48 weeks before commencement for preparation and occupancy. The proposed premises must be in an office or commercial building, contiguous and located on one floor, with specified floor-loading capacity, a dedicated telecommunications/equipment room, daytime cleaning, loading-area access, accessibility features, bicycle-rack space, and convenient accessible public transit. Interested parties must provide property and space details, zoning information, measured areas, architectural drawings, parking information, and responses addressing the stated criteria. This is an information-gathering EOI rather than a tender or request for proposal; PSPC may use the information for a future leasing solicitation and does not guarantee that a lease or subsequent tender will result.
