Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives offering 6,490 to 6,815 ABOA square feet of office space within the city limits of Mount Airy, North Carolina. The requirement is for a fully serviced five-year lease with no parking spaces required. Offered space must meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Expressions of interest must identify the building and address, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates, operating costs, and any applicable tenant improvement and building-specific amortization allowances. Representatives who are not the property owner or manager must provide written authorization from the owner.
