Description
Wake County will award competitive grant funding for eligible capital investments to create or renovate a quality medical respite facility serving individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness. The facility is expected to provide short-term housing combined with residential care, including meals, personal care, wellness services, wound care, medication management, and transportation to medical appointments.
