Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price contract or purchase order to LUMICKS USA Inc. for Part No. NSR-20346, a field upgrade of an existing LUMICKS C-Trap BB09 from two-color to three-color confocal fluorescence. The upgrade includes installation of a 488 nm laser, labor, shipping, validation that the laser and detector meet specifications, and validation that the upgrade does not impair the instrument's existing functions. The contractor must install the upgrade within six months of purchase and maintain the system in working order through a warranty period ending February 15, 2029. Responses should include technical and cost-price information, period of performance, product and catalog or part numbers, pricing and shipping details, delivery timeframe, warranty and maintenance coverage, UEI, TIN, and business-size certification. The notice is noncompetitive and is intended for the specified brand-name manufacturer.
