Description
The County of Orange Social Services Agency is soliciting proposals from California Department of Social Services/Community Care Licensing Division-licensed foster family agencies to operate and support two resource family homes at the Tustin Family Campus. Each home will serve up to six foster children under age 18, with priority for sibling groups under Orange County Juvenile Court jurisdiction. The selected agency will recruit, approve, train, and support resource families; provide 24-hour, seven-day-a-week care and supervision; and deliver case management, family finding and engagement, monitored or supervised visitation, transportation, childcare, respite, medical and behavioral-health coordination, emergency response, reporting, and other trauma-informed supportive services. The contractor must maintain required FFA licensing and program approvals, provide qualified staff, comply with extensive privacy and information-security requirements, and execute a rent-free license agreement for the County-owned homes. The contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with a possible two-year renewal.
