Description
Balfour Beatty Construction, as Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors for the Aviation Parkway / National Guard Interchange - Phase 1 project. The project involves civil roadway, electrical, signage, and utility work. The preliminary budget is approximately $9,000,000. Interested subcontractors must complete a prequalification package to be considered for bidding. The deadline for prequalification submission is 14 days prior to the anticipated bid date of October 6, 2026. The contracting method will be through Competitive Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statutes.
