Description
Wake County Public Schools (WCPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural services for the design and construction administration of a new school building. The selected firm will be responsible for all phases of the project, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. The contract is anticipated to have a five-year term. The full scope of services and requirements are detailed in the attached RFP document.
