The Arkansas Department of Human Services, Office of Procurement, is establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Placement and Residential Services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Services include Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC), In-Patient Care, Specialized Services, Developmental Disability Services (DDS) Foster Homes, Private and Specialized Licensed Placement Agencies (PLPA/SPLPA), and Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP). Multiple vendors are pre-qualified to provide these services across Arkansas.
