Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities is requesting proposals for a residential group home placement for a 25-year-old female with mental health needs, ADHD, and a sleep disorder. The individual requires a certified staff to administer medications, order refills, and schedule medical appointments. Assistance is needed with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, budgeting, and transportation. The individual is higher functioning and enjoys fishing, shopping, and recreational activities. The placement should be in an all-female congregate home with an opening by August 1.
