The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is seeking experienced design firms to provide full architecture and engineering services for a new 70,000-square-foot Administrative Headquarters Building at the State Highway Patrol Training Academy in Raleigh. The facility will accommodate approximately 280 administrative support personnel and will include associated parking, site elements, and connections to pedestrian plaza areas. The scope includes State Construction Office submittal-phase requirements, updated cost estimates at each phase, bidding services, construction administration, record drawings, and project closeout. The total project budget is $120,000,000. Firms must be properly licensed to practice architecture, engineering, or landscape architecture in North Carolina. Selection criteria include relevant expertise, past performance, staffing and consultant teams, workload, design approach, cost and schedule experience, construction administration capabilities, area familiarity, and successful project completion history. Responses must include a Letter of Interest and current SF 254.
