Description

Pima County is soliciting proposals from qualified for-profit and nonprofit developers, contractors, builders, governmental agencies, and partnerships for projects involving affordable housing development, preservation, acquisition, and/or rehabilitation. Eligible categories include new rental housing, new homeownership housing, new bridge or transitional housing, and existing-project preservation, rehabilitation, acquisition, or adaptive reuse. Each proposer may request up to $1 million per project. The County intends to award at least one project in each category but reserves the right to make fewer awards or decline to award in a category. Proposals will be evaluated against other projects within the same category. The application deadline is September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Arizona time, and applications are submitted through the stated application link.
