The South Carolina Department of Social Services intends to establish a Qualified Providers List for contractors able to provide Supervised Independent Living services to young adults ages 18–21 participating in Extension of Foster Care. The scope includes contracted, community-based housing arrangements and associated supervised independent living support throughout South Carolina. The opportunity is identified as a fixed-price bid.
