Description
The City of Raleigh Transportation Department is soliciting proposals from one or more firms to convert City-collected video recordings into traffic engineering reports. Required report types include vehicle turning movement counts, pedestrian and bicycle counts, vehicle classification studies, and vehicle gap and delay data. The City estimates approximately 450 filmed locations, with recordings generally covering six hours per location and counts distributed throughout the 24-month contract period. The selected proposer must provide rates for each report type and a total not-to-exceed cost based on the estimated workload. The City is not seeking additional hardware or equipment; current equipment includes MioVision Scout Plus and CountCam. Proposers should describe any compatibility limitations, automated data-analysis packages, and fees for video transfer or storage. Responses must address the full scope and include the required proposal sections, financial information, references, questionnaire, cost form, and supporting licensing or certification documents.
