Description
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a qualified Health Facility Commissioning Authority to serve as the Owner's independent representative for the Alaska Native Medical Center Emergency Services Expansion Project. The contractor will plan, coordinate, document, and verify commissioning throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring commissioned systems comply with the Owner's Project Requirements, contract documents, and applicable regulatory requirements. The broader scope includes commissioning coordination across design and construction work packages, design review, pre-functional checklists, functional and integrated systems testing, deficiency tracking, acceptance, turnover, occupancy readiness, staff training, existing-building system integration, and post-occupancy and seasonal testing. Required deliverables include commissioning plans, design-review reports, test procedures and results, issue logs, meeting minutes, training verification, phase summaries, and final commissioning reports. Proposers must demonstrate relevant healthcare commissioning experience, including comparable inpatient healthcare projects in cold-climate regions, and identify qualified personnel and subcontractors.
