This firm-fixed-price sealed-bid construction project includes a base schedule and one option. The base work consists of an approximately 80-foot prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge over Campbell Creek and a 61-foot boardwalk along the North Gasline Trail, with connecting trail work. The option consists of an additional 51-foot boardwalk and connecting trail work. Additional work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, structural concrete, reinforcing steel, steel structures, treated timber and decking, helical piles, gabions, culverts, roadway aggregate, temporary traffic control, erosion and sediment control, construction surveying, quality control, sampling and testing, construction scheduling, and turf establishment. The estimated total price range is $700,000 to $2,000,000. The project is offered on an unrestricted, full-and-open basis, with a tentative fixed completion date in fall 2027; the formal invitation for bids and final specifications are expected to be issued in winter 2026–2027.
