Description
The Texoma Council of Governments is seeking a certified Quality Control Inspector to conduct final inspections for all completed units under its Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program contracts. The estimated workload is 15–25 units during the contract period, covering electric and gas/electric inspections. The successful bidder must provide active Building Professional Institute QCI certification before performing inspections. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance may also be required. The quote must include all travel costs, materials, services, and equipment. Hotel stays and meals for inspections requiring overnight travel may be charged with prior approval, using applicable GSA per diem rates. The solicitation includes a buyer-provided quote form requiring vendor information, per-inspection pricing, and signature.
