Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking one fused-deposition-modeling 3D printer system capable of producing parts, tools, fixtures, and prototypes from ABS, ASA, PC-ABS, nylon carbon fiber, mineral-filled nylon, TPU, and related materials. The system must include a heated and enclosed build chamber, heated build plate, automatic model/support-material changeover, exchangeable and dedicated extrusion print heads, onboard calibration, specified build-volume and dimensional-accuracy capabilities, and operation from a standard 120-volt outlet. The requirement includes licensed file-processing software, an initial consumable kit, additional consumables and accessories, warranty information, machine startup and operational testing, installation, and training for at least four individuals. Quotes must demonstrate technical compliance with the salient characteristics, itemize brand or item name, part number, pricing, quantity, and extended price, and complete the provided pricing schedule. The acquisition is full and open, and the quoted supply must be delivered within 90 calendar days after award.
