The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking professional consulting services to complete the East Strip Utilities and Development Study for Lake Hood Seaplane Base at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The study will evaluate future aviation-related development opportunities on the east side of the Lake Hood Airstrip and establish a preferred development concept to support future airport development. The estimated amount of the proposed contract is greater than $1,000,000. The solicitation identifies State Project No. CFAPT01534 and RFP No. 25272011.
