The U.S. Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for a high-density mobile shelving system for Room 152 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The requirement specifies one single-faced stationary shelving unit, six double-faced high-capacity hand-crank movable units, and one single-faced cantilever parachute rack with 30 parachute arms. The system must include structural rails, a complete grouted steel rail and plywood subfloor system, dynamic floor levelers, recessed shelving retainers, mechanical safety locks, finished high-pressure laminate end panels, freight, and certified installation. The system must fit within the stated Room 152 dimensions and include engineering design, factory manufacturing, delivery, inside delivery, uncrating, complete assembly and installation during standard working hours, and jobsite cleanup. An equal product may be proposed if it meets or exceeds the stated physical, functional, and dimensional characteristics. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability, price, and past performance.
