Description
Harrison County is soliciting a Letter of Interest from qualified engineering consultants to provide construction inspection services for the rehabilitation of Bridge #6671 on SR 337 over Little Indian Creek. The project is an approximately 700-foot section south of SR 62, identified as INDOT Des. No. 2301601, and includes the construction engineering phase. Federal funding is involved, and the estimated construction amount is $464,000. The Letter of Interest must address firm identification and qualifications, key staff and project manager experience, proposed subconsultants, DBE participation, staff capacity, and project approach. The project approach must address technical understanding, site visitation, cost containment, innovative ideas, and relevant qualifications. The Letter of Interest is limited to 12 pages. The contract term is through project completion, and the stated DBE goal is 0%.
